How Can I Help?
Individual Counseling: Individuals seek out counseling when something in their lives is not working out as expected. Typically, motivated individuals can achieve their therapeutic goals within 16-20 weeks.
Coaching: Individuals seek out coaching when they have a specific goal they are working to achieve. An initial 90-minute intake session followed by weekly 50-minute sessions assisting the individual until they achieve his/her goal. Time varies based on each individual’s goal.
Career Counseling: Individuals seek out career counseling when their present careers are no longer bringing them satisfaction.
